GREAT JOB BULLFROGS......

Thank You

Calaveras Community Foundation

for your grant to expand Cybullfrogs!!!

The Bret Harte High School Football program is trying to raise money and would really appreciate your support.

Here's why we're raising money: “Turning the Bullfrogs into a top-notch program will take a lot of time and energy from coaches and players, but none of it is possible without community support. Your donation ensures that our athletes will have the best tools and equipment available to help them perform at the highest level.ˮ

Our goal is to raise $4,000 by Wednesday, June 3, and every donation helps. Click the link below to visit our donation page and watch our highlight video.

Thanks for your support!

Click on the link above and use your Parent Portal Account (student accounts won't work)

If you don't have a Parent Account contact the Tech Dept at 736-8343 or 736-8336

Applications are sent out in the opening packet to each student prior to school starting. The applications are on bright orange paper. If you are interested in applying for this benefit, please fill out the application and return it to the cafeteria. Please make sure all data is complete. IF there is data missing it will delay the processing of your application.

All students need to re-apply for this benefit. If your child/ren were enrolled at Bret Harte last year, they will receive a grace period of 30 days to resubmit your paperwork. IF at the end of the 30 days you do not reapply, your child will be deleted from the program. If your child was not enrolled at Bret Harte last year, then there is no grace period for that child. Until that child’s application is approved, they must bring their lunch or purchase food. If you had a child at Bret Harte last year and another child will be starting this year, the child that was here last year will have a grace period. Your other child will not have a grace period.

Once the application has been processed, a written letter will be sent in the mail to you. When the Food Service Director receives the application, turn around time for evaluating an application is no more than 10 days. If the application is missing information, you will receive a phone call. The application will not be completed until you respond to the phone call. This could delay the process past the 10 days.
