All athletes must Bret Hart eligibility requirements, including completing the online registration and annual physical.

Coaches Wisdom

Hydrating throughout the day is extremely important during cross-country season. Make sure you bring a water bottle every day to school and refill several times before practice---Do not guzzle several bottles worth just before practice.

We are now able to offer small-group conditioning opportunities. 

You must have completed your school athletic registration and physical to participate

Contact Coach Becca with your preference of meeting at Murphy's Park or Bret Harte and to receive details. Group size is limited so it is important that you contact Coach Becca prior to attending.
